Where do I find the spawn rule?

Silly newby question: e.g. in pachinko game the ball spawns at every touch on the iphone, however, I cannot find the spawn actor behaviour that triggers the spawning at the position of the mouse. Does in every game the actor re-spawn at mouse position although there is no delete actor behaviour?

    Watch the video tutorial from 3:15 onwards and you'll see there is a hidden Control Actor that spawns the ball.

    This video showed me how easy it was to create something in GameSalad, I went immediately into overdrive and wrote my first app in just a few hours, and I have two more near completion. I'd say I had a busy first two weeks. ;)
