Hi, no way can that be done in GS if that's what you mean; you'd need to use Photoshop or similar image editing software, using the eye dropper tool...
You can get the color values of any pixel on your screen using the DigitalColor Meter in your Applications > Utilities folder. No matter what application your using (so you can find values in GS).

Well, I never knew that was there! That's gone straight into the Dock. Thanks jb15, and just what fawzma needs I'm certain.
