pending contract?

hey guys i recently summitted my game mighty miyo to apple, and after few days now on itunes connect next to status it has a yellow button and is sayin Pending Contract, does anyone know what this means?

    Guessing you haven't completed all the forms in iTunes connect!? Is this for a non-standard marketplace/location where you need additional external sales permit/tax forms submitted?

    That sounds about right. Make sure you go to https://itunesconnect.apple.com/ and check out everything under "Contracts, Tax, & Banking Information." If you don't have a green checkmark next to your contract, everything will remain on hold until Contact Info, Bank Info, Tax Info are all completed properly.
