Do you really use the Music and Sound buttons in a game?

Just curious if it's just an option to add to your game because everyone does it
or really do you use those music and sound buttons provided with a game?

I personally just turn down my iphone's volume usually.

    i never listen to the sounds or music, unless its a music related app....itunes wouldnt be that much fun with the volume down:)
