Well. fair play to him, he has just emailed me back saying he has removed it (it's still there when I check, but will give him the benefit of doubt as I'm sure it's not instant), and that he will remove the song when/if he republishes.

How can he ruin his name, company name and facebook reputation like this. He should be banned from apple dev, if not sent to jail.
EDIT: I just realized you are actually selling the template. What he did is still wrong but you kinda had to expect this by selling the game as template before releasing.
Of course I don't mind that people would publish the template. What I did mind, is that he left the song in there, which I specifically said was not cool to do. The whole song and panda stuff was intended to show what you "could do" with the template. In hindsight, I should have removed all that stuff though, even though I made that pretty clear in the original thread (all be it in a jokey way)
One of my games I'm working on evolves a space type panda but its completely different from this. I got a little worried when I saw the title that it might be similar to mine but after checking it out I feel better and I got to witness this awesomeness, win win.
We are going to do a few more of these "silly offshoot" type games. Just chuck as much mentalness at them as we can. I am a big fan of generally quite odd animation, and especially some of the more surreal kids tv shows, so things like this fit right up my street, as it were.
