Tilt to move?

Hey, I'm working in portrait mode and I was wondering how I can use tilt controls.

I want it so that when the player holds the device vertically and tilts the device to the left the actor moves left and when they tilt it to the right the actor moves to the right but when they hold it straight they don't move.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks. ^_^
