Shifting pixels - a definitive answer?
so, I have noticed this a lot, as I am sure most you have, and I think there has been some discussion of it in the past......
but what is the deal with images/objects placed in the edit window, being shifted by a pixel or so, when you preview, or view on the phone?
Quite often I will have to knock things off by a pixel to get them to actually be where I want them to be.
This seems to happen quite a lot to me with (or at least be quite noticeable to me on) full screen images, like backgrounds, and title screens and the like.
was messing around today, and too some shots (zoomed in I might add)

^^That is one blue square actor, and a number of rainbow actors. See how they all line up really nicely![:) :)](http://forums.gamesalad.com/plugins/emojiextender/emoji/twitter/smile.png)

^^That is once I hit preview. Notice how some of the rainbows have been moved down(or some up?) and how they are all shifted left (or the blue is shifted right?)
If I put display txt behaviours on the actors, they all display the ""correct"" x and y values of where I placed them in the editor, but quite obviously, they are no longer there.
Has anyone looked into this properly (and have I missed it), or has there been any word from the team about whay this happens....and how we might avoid it?
I notice that I can find certain "sweet spots" where things will line up...but it's more trial and error than anything useful.

GS not only needs to fix this, but they need to add a grid in GS that is customizable (you can specify the width/height), and be able to have actors snap to that grid when you drag them in (with an option of snapping center or snapping bottom left corner).
This makes graphics sharp when they are odd pixel size, so might have something to do with your issue. Worth a shot.
The blue actor has no image
and the rainbow is 24x60
none of the actors are on 1/2 pixels or anything like that either.
Changing the wrap mode also makes no difference to this shifting
