ipad backup

aw crap. i downloaded and installed ios 5 on my ipad before downloading itunes 10.5 and did not relize itunes would not back it up until later. i had to re-setup my ipad and redownload everything (thanks icloud) but i downloaded the itunes 10.5 and would like to put the original back up files back the iPad. I know where the files are stored, but is this possible? i really need to put the data that was on it before ios 5 back on it. PLEASE HELP!!!!

My iTunes 5 backed up my devices just fine. I mean I right clicked and did a manual backup before hand. Maybe thats what you mean you missed. IDK about how to go about it beyond That. I guess thats the risk you take in messing with the betas. I was extra careful with iOS 5 cause I use my phone everyday as well as for testing.
