resolution independence turns off?

in my game the resolution independence keeps turning off for some reason?

    This is a known bug.

    muoch10 - it's strongly recommended that you search the forums before posting on the forums. This has been addressed a number of times and is a known bug.

    Actually if you had simply scrolled down the front page you would have noticed theres another post on this very same issue. right now its three from the bottom.
