Physics - is it consistent across devices?

Hi guys,

I'm working on a physics puzzler at the moment, and I've noticed that the physics simulation in the preview is subtly different to how things work on my iPhone. I'm testing on an iPhone 4. If I test the game on 3G, will the physics behave the same (albeit with a slower framerate)?
