Hi everyone.

I just started using GameSalad and I'm impressed with what i've seen so far, but I've encountered a snag.

I'm following TshirtBooth's swipe tutorial on Youtube and it's all going perfectly well until 3.05 where he says "change attribute to game.swipe direction", but when I do this I do not have that option.

I've included a screenshot as proof, and I'm likely just missing something very silly so if anyone could help that would be great.

    Yes, you'll most likely have to make that attribute.

    To add a game.attribute, do this;

    In the scene editor, on the left side you'll see the "Inspector" window with a tab called "Attributes." Click on that, then click the small "+" to add the type of atribute you want, then double click it to rename it to whatever you want.

    Good luck!

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    Looks like he had made the swipe direction game attribute before starting the tutorial and just forgot to mention it, but you can see it at 0.37.

    i wateched the video, he made the attribute before he started making the video, go ahead and add that attribute and make it an index type attribute.

    Looks like thats what he made his.
