I guess you've already figured this out and I'm no expert on this, but I'd say there is something wrong with your profiles. Go to the Apple Provisioning Portal and get your selfe a couple of new profiles to use in your build. I had this problem with an app at one time and had to revoke the Certificates in order to get the Provisioning Profiles to work. But after that it worked like a charm.
