In the past I have never liked one level games. I put myself to the challenge and made one this week. Since developing one it has sparked my intrest.

What are some good 1 level games :) For iOs or for anything

    Tiny Wings?

1 level, basically just a high score game.

I think the levels changed ever so slightly over time but never was it a dramatic change or introduce new mechanics.

1 level games always speaks to high score games in my mind.

Yeah im having some fun for a couple of weeks with a similar theme...1 touch games that are easy to play but with some depth, basically a snack size bunch of games.

The reason im doing it is to get some fun back into game dev so its pretty personal but im sure 1 room games can be fun too.

It's certainly great fun making one level games, though if I did those *every* time, I'd probably get a bit bored of them!

Good to mix it up a bit!

My next game is an iPad 'Prequel' to Gravitrixx called .Matrixx - it's a 1 level game and it is bloody addictive :D

Hopefully out at the end of the month!

    QS :D

    Yeh, you got:

    - Doodle jump (basically - have different themes but...)
    - Ninjump
    - and as you said tiny wings is one.
    - the impossible game

In my opinion they are very good games. They are addictive as you feel a need to beat your highscore and well worth the money.

I would highly reccomend making one but idealy make it 'endless' or so hard that you always die before the end?

    Hope this helps.
