Screenflick Recording Movie Question

I purchased Screenflick to make a promo movie of my latest game.
Don't know whats the best way to save the movie as.
Its 320 wide x 480 high. Can't use any of the presets for HD like 720P since that stretches the movie
to that width. Has to look good on YouTube.

I think it might already be possible if you use Sound Stage (available on the mac app store cheapish).

If I was doing it I would record it in the game format and then frame it with a border that makes up the format shape for hd. I am not sure if you can do this in Imovie but you certainly can in After Effects. If you get really stuck, shout and I can run it through for you AE and mail it back if you make up the surrounds or have a light brief and can wait a few hours.

    Thanks OldKipper.
I am trying to edit in Final Cut Pro right now.
If that doesn't work out I will take you up on your offer.
