Hi guys,

I'm waiting for features to continue my projects because it's too difficult with GS today.

2 or 3 month I'm waiting, any news for the Grid and a Snap system to build levels ?

Thanks,

S.

I don't know of any grid, or snap to feature coming out anytime soon. But you can get this program from Deep Blue. It's a grid overlay, but has no snap to feature, and it works with any program…

I have made some games who are not published, only to learn GS and all of the graphics assets are ready to be used to made an awesome platform game. (I think, ahah)

But build a complex platform game with GS is just impossible, just for build one level it's a challenge, no grid, all with x,y, wtf ?!

This feature's for me a priority, I don't understand why it's not integrated since the beginning.

    Arf, I'm waiting again..!

    Thanks,

@tshirtbooth I've made a level, only with blocs, two days to build it, a week to apply the graphics assets, light, interaction, ... (Full time)

My game will have ~ 100 levels.

I'm working in a videogame studio all day, I have only my free time.
My statistics ? 3 years to build it I think, lol.

With a tool like mapeditor and a spritesheet system, 2 or 3 months with hope, but I'm not developper, only a graphic artist, level designer.
