Video recording my game for YouTube demo

What is the best way to visually show my game on YouTube? I'm looking for good quality. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

I downloaded Sound Stage ($4.99 on the Mac App Store). I also paid $14.99 for iMovie '11.

The two combined was less than $20 and have the ability to pump out some incredible videos.

I use Sound Stage to screen record, and then iMovie to cut it up and add cool features to it.

I downloaded these two based on recommendations from forum members and couldn't be happier.

you can also do a screen recording with quicktime, and thats free and comes on your mac. Quality isnt bad either.
