multiplayer with Joystick

Hello,

I want to know how to configure a 2 Joystick where each controlling a character.
I tried several things but each time either a joystick controls the two, or it'll bug the controller and the other joystick ...
In short, help me if you please.

You have to have 2 completely different joysticks. 2 Base Actors, 2 Top Actors
