"random" question

Hi all,
Question: How do I setup a randomiser equation so that it uses only certain values in between the min & max values?
ex, 1-20, i only want it to use, 5, 10, 3, 18

Just make a rule that if it calls up a number you don't want, it randomizes again.

but is there any other way? i'll end up with a lot of rules because i just simplified my example for the sake of my question.
basically im trying to get my spawned actors to come out only on certain x positions - but randomly amongst those.
