Health bar in moving around game?

How would I be able to make the health bar stay in the upper right hand corner when the camera moves around?
I was able to make a health bar but I am not able to make it follow and stay in the exact spot when the camera is moving. How would I be able to fix this problem?

In the Scene properties deselect the health bar so that it is not scrollable.
