Hero or Villain??

Hi Fellow GS,

Before i spending a lot of time and money into this.I want to ask my fellow Gamesalad friend about this type of concept.Is it worthy to taking risk of making the main character of the game is villain.Do you guy think people would love to play as a villain?or people will only want to play cool"hero" character.The villain character of the game is funny,cartoon(not serious type),Kind of Road runner coyote type.Any feedback need?Thank an advanced

I think as long as it's done in a tongue-in-cheek kind of fashion (like the movie Megamind), I think people would be willing to play as a villain. If it gets too serious or real, not so much.

Personally I love playing the villain. Even though most people might want to play the good guy, I'm not alone loving villains. There isn't so many villain games, so the game might stand out from the croud a bit more.

Looking at Disney movies, the villain is usually my favorite character

Some of the best Disney characters are Villains! Maleficent is one bad-ass lady, and even Stitch was sort of a villain turned semi-domesticated pet.

Thank you guy for the feedback.I guess,there is market for it.Of course,nothing serious about the character.If it human,he will be Dr Evil(Austin power).
