Server Downtime Tonight! (6/22/2011)

Hey All,

The servers will be down tonight for sometime between 3am CT to about 9am CT.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will keep you updated on any issues!

    If you want to publish tonight, then you will want to do it before 3:00 AM CST. But just to be on the safe side, I would try to get it done before then, just in case 3:00 is not a hard start for the server downtime.

    You will still be able to publish with 0.9.4 once the servers are back up and running around 9AM CST.

    Well couldn't this just be a prep to get the servers ready for 0.9.5??? Just being optimistic :)

    ehyy yoda i publish app in GS and after upload in application loader.. i have this error :

    There is no codesign_wrapper executable. please reinstall the x code developer tools.

    I do not think this is GS end. I too had this problem when publishing 'Line Ar(X)'. I take it you installed the beta Xcode? You need to uninstall that and install the older version which isnt in beta, thats what i did and then published fine.

    sounds more like... you can still use 9.4 to upload games.. but v. 1 is coming and server update is to prepare for that...

    Hey Yoda, just checking on the status of the servers. I've been trying to publish a game but no success. It gets hung up on the "Uploading Game Project" spiral loading bar.

    Its been trying for almost an hour now, and I've tried multiple times.

    I'm getting the same problem. It also hangs for me on the "uploading game project" loading bar.

    Any chance this will be fixed soon?

    Hey, everybody!

    We located the issue with the servers. The fix has been checked in and verified by QA. It's being pushed live in the next few minutes.

    At this time, it's still unclear if games experiencing the "optimizing" hang up will be clear themselves through or if they will need to be resubmitted. I should have an update on that later this evening, once the fix has been pushed to all the servers.

    That's good to know... and maybe the headline of the thread could change (like maybe add a date?) ...I see the sticky at the top and think the server is going down again tonight.
