how to save as 72 dpi?

gamesalad recommend to save as 72 dpi all my images but when i am in photoshop i dont see no where that option, i only see the 24 .png

    Another NOTE:

    If you unselect "resample image" when changing you ppi in Photoshop, it will not change the image size, in regards to pixels.

    so when creating a new image on photoshop when i click file:new on resolution i should always type 72, i dont understand the rest guys i never worked with photoshop or pictures before, but if i create a 300x300 image i set resolution to 72, but if later i resize the image to 100x100 should i change something else?

    When you create a new image in photoshop - for example, File / then New / you have the option to set your width and height for the image....at the bottom of the choice option, you also have the option to change the resolution to 72 pixels, and also the type background - go for transparent.
