This guy, Kevin MacLeod, releases all his music as royalty-free Creative Commons Attribution Licensed music, and he has a suggested donation $5 per song you use. This means you're allowed to use any of his music for whatever you want, even if you're selling it, and the only catch is you have to list him in the credits.
A lot of the music is really good and makes great video game music. I'm using music he's made for all 3 of my iPhone games in the App Store now as well as the new ones I'm working on.
