Pixel Artist Needed

I need some pixel art for two of my games. I tried to do it myself but I know nothing about pixel art. I'm looking for an artist who knows pixel art and does it good.

Sorry but no one seems to be having time to do a free work for others.You can understand how much labour and time goes into making descent looking graphics.Everyone has to earn living.
And also most of people are also not even open to revenue sharing.Only paid work is prefered.

Making art = time, time = money.

Artist have usually invested great amounts of time to get the experience need to create good looking art. And probably invested in some expensive tool. Maybe even gone several years at art school. All this time and money have to be paid for....by someone.
