Being able to flush images from the RAM word be useful
I know that a change scene attribute will flush the images from the RAM.
But it would be really useful to do this manually with an attribute.
In our game Honey Tribe Studios I've now realised that I have to cut down on the amount of large-ish images we use. The menus and all the levels are all one scene because I hate the loading times in between levels on some other GS games. But that means every time I activate an image it adds to the total RAM used.
If I had an attribute to flush an image from the RAM in the same way change scene does (but without changing scenes) we could have a lot more large images in our games.
