HOW Does one publish an HTML 5 app!

I'm guessing it has to be uploaded to GS first and then the option becomes available once uploaded (Y/N)

Stupid question maybe but I'm not finding clear instructions anywhere EG: step 1 2 3

Tshirt, would be nice to have a video about HTML 5 uploading and publishing!

    I believe there is no app support for HTML5 yet, only the web stuff. TSB said something about the app aspect of things coming later.
