Need Help with scrolling scene

Hey guys, when i made my screen scroll-able, i changed the scene size to 2000x320, made the camera follow the main actor and the background fits fine. My question is, why does he stop at 480 pixels (normal screen size) to the right. Why doesn't he keep going to the right, Everything scrolls except the actor. If you need a video, ill be happy to post one for your help. thanks.
