Just a sweet reminder that all of us need to get outside, stretch, walk, run, jog, smoke a cig, and jog while chewing gum at the same time... (kids don't try this at home) :P
As hard as it is for me to pull away from the internet, Gamesalad, Hanging with Friends, Facebook, Gaming websites, and so much stimulation, I force myself to go outside once a day for an hour or so, just to break up the constant barrage of technology. Usually a jog or a long walk helps refresh my mind and give myself a break.
What do you guys do to take a break? Or are people plastered to their chairs for 12 plus hours?
