Just released my game, and i have had reports of it crashing

The people who have downloaded my game says when they open it, a white screen pops up, and it crashes. What is wrong?? i downloaded my own game from the app store and it worked fine for me. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    it could be the device they are using. GS games appear to be crashing on 1st gen ipods running 3.1.3
