I can't get test flight to work

So I cannot get test flight to work at all.

I went to the website and downloaded the app and put it on my ipad.

I signed up for an account and when I open the app it still says they are waiting to put together a team. I know Im doing something wrong but what is it? :)

    you need to create a distribution list for your app I think. then upload a build to testflight, and then add the team to the build.

    After your ad hoc is published by GS, take that file and put it in a new folder called 'Payload' (case sensitive).

    Compress the folder then upload to testflight using 'add build'

    Then choose who you want to send the game to from the list who have accepted your testflight invitations or signed up via the link that test flight give you.

    publish an adhoc with GameSalad and send it over to TestFlight. When you direct a problem to a certain person, you might as well email them. This is a community forum.

    Yes, I get it. You could've just deleted it.
