It really depends on how you use them I would imagine. Rules can be set up to be constantly changing and updating just like a constrain rule. But generally speaking It should be more efficient to use a rule instead of a constrain.
Yeah, I am going to start converting constraints into rules for for the sake of performance. I got rid of all my timers and my game doesn't dip underneath 37 fps, so maybe if I get rid of the constraints I can get it in the 40s. Thanks.
