Afraid with the concept. Please suggest

I am working on arrow concept and using tshirtbooth cat physics demo. One similar concept app call "Hungry Mouse" removed from the app store. Donut games send copyright issue to them.
And now its no longer available in app store. Should I change the concept or going with arrow is fine? please let me know.
