Today I discovered that I am creating a game that is similar to an existing one for nokia. Now I wanted to ask, once the public what can happen?

    indeed exists as well for iphone .. Resco Bubbles is called .... mine is totally different that the only goal of the game is the same

    Creating clones is not only a fairly common practice it's also legal. There isn't any copyright protection on game mechanics or concepts. The only thing that's copy protected on a game is the games art assets,sounds, music and name.

    If you make a 1 for 1 copy of a game already existing, you're in trouble. If you make a game using similar mechanics, you'll be alright.
