simple rotation problem

Tried to find the answer by searching but after an hour or 2 still cant find anything.

I have a few ball shaped actors (like smiley faces) and when they spawn i would like them to rotate at a random clockwise or anti clockwise and also at a random rotation speed.

Any help?
