Copyrighting Game?

Hi,

Does Apple protect/copyright your game when you publish it to the appstore?
Also how to copyright logo and logo name?

Any type of intellectual property is copyrighted the second you create it.

You cannot however copyright a game idea/concept. Which mean others can make the same game as you with different art, name, and level layouts. And theres not much you can do about it.

Apple will pull any apps that try to use the same or very similar names as yours though. Also if you feel someone has used your artwork Apple will normally pull those too.
