Waiting for game to go "in review"

I uploaded my game on the 22nd (one week ago) and it is still waiting for review. I don't think I should have doe this but I set the release date that same day. Now I think I shouldn't have done that. Is there any way to fix it or will it be ok?

    You can go into the prices section in itunes connect and change the release date. You'll need to set it after it goes into review if you don't want it to release as soon as its approved. If you don't care about where it releases it will just go live as soon as they approve it.
