Actor still moves after collide

Hi guys, so I am trying to get my actor to collide with and object like the ground and stop moving but after it lands it sinks into the gound a little bit and keeps moving ever so slightly. Anyone else have this happen? I have changed restitution to ) on both and velocity to 0 with a collide rule and it doesn't fix it. Any ideas? Thanks.

You can try turning your density up to like 1000. I have seen this happen sometimes on my projects. Not really sure what the cause is. I have never heard if its bug or what.

well, start by ticking off the movement in the physics for the "ground" actor so that you are sure it isn't falling off the screen. Also, tick the "fixed rotation", just in case.

Post some screenshots if this doesnt work. ;)

EDIT: oh, i miss-understood.... do u have any overlaying actors on/beneath the ground?

I have a background actor behind the ground but it is on a different layer and movement is off.

    Hello guys,

I am having this exactly problem too with my project!
I have some squared actors in the game that must have others squared actors ON/ABOVE those first "block" actors but for some reason (even checked on Physics, movable, etc) they do overlap and start to fall (into) the first squared actor UNDER it! How should I solve that? BTW I`ll try Tendmr solution when him says about setting the density for something like one thousand.

I can report here if I get it working and I hope so!

PS: At least there is someone having this same problem as me because I was starting to think that this problem was MYSELF or something on my end or even a GS BUG?!

    Thank you guys,
    See yah.
    Rodrigo.

    Tenrdrmer solution was perfect.

    Thank you guys.
