How do you link to "Rate" an app?

After searching I discovered a thread from a year ago of people talking about it, but couldn't figure out how. I've looked on the iTunes and web version of the store, but can't manage to find a link that would work.

Am I missing something or is it not even possible?

    The Rate the app demo GS made has the link in it I believe. There is also a cookbook video they made since 0.9.4 about linking to it.

    The one thing that I'm confused about is in the video, he says that you have to add this in an update so you can link to the review area. Don't you only need your app id to link to it? You get one when you create a new app in iTunes Connect.

    Yeah I dont think they realized that you can get your app ID before hand. But yes if you create in iTunes Connect and then open you app info there is a link that says view in app store. Right click and copy link. paste it to a text file or something and pull your ID out.
