How to create an http link.
As the game "Space Wolves" in the "Arcade", which has a link itunes.

If it is the appstore link you are looking for, you just find the game in itunes, right click the "icon" and select "copy link".

EDIT: Oh, I see what you mean. To get the http link IN your game you have to pay for GameSalad's Pro licence. It is one of thier additional features.

Yes, with the pro URL behaviour you can put any link at all.
