If I post a game online for GameSalad Arcade, what HTML code would I use to embed it in another website or submit it to a game website like http://www.notdoppler.com/ ?

On the page that shows your game there is a box with the embed code. Also you have to have checked allow others to embed you game when publishing. Or something like that.
