Fraud & Cheated By One of Gamesalad Memeber (resolved)

I am talking about one game salad user and he is well known person in gamesalad. We have deal with icon creation and demo template. As per my promise I gave him high resolution icon in 2 days. And after 3 weeks still I am waiting for the demo template. I emailed him so many times.
Sometimes he said I am out of the city. Sometimes said I will send you later I am working on it.
And finally yesterday he sent me demo template and its still not final. He said its gamesalad bug wait for next update and thats not true. Seems like he is playing with me and not intrested to give me demo template. Please let me know what to do? I dont believe that gamesalad users are doing like this.

    What bug is he referring to? Sounds pretty crappy, but there's 2 sides to every conflict.

    You can either call him out here, or just never deal with that person again if you are dissatisfied.

    Hey John,
    Sorry for this issue. I have sent to you the fixed project. I had the code right, there was just a problem with two of the actors being an instance when they shouldn't have. Regarding the lateness, the past few weeks have been very harsh for personal reasons; & I am sorry for that. If there is anything else I can do to please you, please email me about it.

    After 2 days still I am waiting for justice. He sent me atlest 15 files and none of them is going to work. I dont know what he is doing like this. I sent him 100 emails and request for file. Still I am waiting for the right template.

    John, seriously. The code is working on all my devices. You choose to test it on an old jailbroken device. You are not even testing it correctly but doing something with your jailbroken device so that you do not need a provisioning file. It is not the way to do things. You are not testing correcty. The app isn't crashing because of the code, I've searched & searched; it's because you are testing an adhoc the way it should not be done. It is working FINE on all my devices. Whenever you find a problem I try my best to fix it asap. It is NOT my fault. I will not take blame: you need to test properly before you can blame me.

    I have tested so many times And I also send you device screenshot. Its clearlly showing stars saving attributes not going to work at all. Now I am fedup with your excuses. And not intrested to get any help from your side.
    Thanks for your smartnesss. And All I want to say beware while you deal with Nextgen.

    John I just sent you an email and I am posting it here with all due respect so everyone can see that the blame is not directed toward me.

The file I sent you should have worked from the start. You CANNOT say all these errors are my fault when you are testing on a JAILBROKEN device. You have pushed the limit. This is the file again with minor changes to try & work better on your JAILBROKEN & NOT REGULAR device.

    I'm sorry I have to go off like this, but this kind of stuff is really bad when "NextGen" is inside your post of fraud. Especially because I just got a reply from you saying you are not even going to look at the new file. A little immature when you realize someone is here on the other side of the world trying to fix this problem.

    Okay, well I guess the problem's solved at least. I know you don't like me; at least it seems. But, no matter how much this annoys me it is only proper to keep working at it until it works. I WILL keep trying if you give me the opportunity. That is just how I am.
