Stich effect in cs5?

Can someone explain to me how I would achieve a stitch effect in cs5? I saw TSB's video on it but I think he was using illustrator. Basically I just need it outlined around my image, like how he has it with the Tiny Balls logo. Any help is appreciated.

I would imaging you could just create one stick image and keep placing it around the edge. Not sure though cause im not an art guy.

Ya I know you can do it that way just wondering if there was a more efficient way because I was going to use this particular art direction in all my art I'm brewing up for an upcoming app

create a line of cloned stitches and then warp them into position over the fabric image... or a sewing machine?

That's illustrator.....I need photoshop :-/.....old kipper I might resort to a sewing machine. They have USB ports right :-)??
