Basically Sous Chefs are the people who have been here the longest; it's really like a popularity contest. They are chosen by GameSalad. That does NOT mean they know the most however. They do know a lot.
Sous chefs basically get the beta releases of GameSalad updates before they are given out to the community to look for bugs & what not. They also try to clean up the spam on the forums.
Head Chefs are the people that work for GameSalad.

Is a play on culinary terms. You know you have GameSalad hence the culinary reference. Then the top guys are Head Chefs. And in a kitchen the assistants are Sous-Chefs. So that's where the title comes from. But we are moderators for the forums and beta testers for the next releases.
