Ability to run apps in the background

This way we can open up to a whole new set of games, that you have to come back & see how your restaurant is doing, or how your plant is going etc etc.

    Don't you mean iOS Multitasking? That shouldn't be too hard; just add a Pause when Closed behavior and an Unpause when reOpened behavior

    no svn, i wish it was that simple. Multitasking pauses GameSalad apps & when you open the GameSalad app again you are at the place where you left off. Running the app in the background is completely different.

    or get info from the systems clock ex: player plants a crop that takes 1 hr to grow....so he turns the game off ...comes back after an hour to check on the plants. the game gets data for the iphones clock that it has been 1hour and 5 minuets passed and displays a fully grown crop. something like that?
