HI im fairly new to GS.. and im asking a question
when creating levels, is one level one scene? or can someone please explain to me how levels work.. Thanks!

It's best to change your title to something that makes sense to the forum readers. Making the title "question" doesn't get a lot of people interested in helping. :-)
And, yes, one level can be one scene. Sometimes you can put all the levels in one scene (although this is not advised on large graphic heavy games).
I use each scene as a level in my games.
