test icon in viewer

Hi, does anyone know if there is a way to test your icon in the viewer as it will appear when you transfer your app to the iphone? Also, on that note, how do I transfer my game directly to my Iphone? I have read the forums and GS help section on the subject but I still don't understand it. Is there a way to do it before I publish my game? Does "save game state" on exiting the game in the iphone work automatically or do I have to set up a behavior in gamesalad creator?Thanks.

    Adhoc is your answer to your first 2 questions. You make a adhoc distribution profile in the provisioning portal with whatever device you want to run the test app on added to the profile. When you publish threw gamesalad you select your icon, and when you choose your prov profile make sure you select the adhoc one you made. Then you just take the .app file gamesalad gives u back and drag it over the itunes icon and let go, then sync your device and your good to go. I think theres some videos on the cookbook and/or gshelper on adhocs, theres also tons of threads and other info about them you can google

    For you last question saving does not happen automatically. Theres save attribute and load attribute behaviors. Whatever info you want to save, have a save attribute behavior for it whenever the attribute changes. then you want to have all your load attributes in the first scene of your game.
