Actor destroys itself after reset scene

Okay, I have a boss fight. Whenever my character dies, the scene is reset and after about half a second, the boss character destroys itself. There is not a single destroy actor rule. I've tried transferring all the rules to another actor and it still happened. I need some help!

I found another thing: Sometimes, it happens when the scene begins, then not after a reset, then again, as a pattern.
