Question On Pictures

I found this picture that i really need for my game in the shared folders on GS.. I Was wondering if i could use that picture. It was a Picture of some stars that i was going to change up to put in my game..I dont want to anger anyone by taking there picture but am i allowed to use it and change it up to put in my project...
