iPad Build looks pixelated

I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong... I just installed my game in an iPad and the game looks VERY pixelated.
I know the native resolution of the iPad is 1024 x 768 but I made all my actors to fit in my game in 960 x 640 (every image is twice as big as the actor holding it, just as it's recommended) with the "enable resolution independence" as an iPhone Landscape build. But in the iPad it DOESN'T look like 960 x 640 at all!
Help someone!

Sorry, I watched the youtube videos and those claimed that you had to no nothing but check the "enable resolution independence" box and create images twice as big as the actors...
How do I use DBA's resize tool?? :S
And it will scale them up using the 2X button. So yeah, it will unfortunately look pixellated.
I don't get it... why won´t the iPad build use the retina display graphics? I can live with the distorted aspect ratio but not with the pixeled images :S
Damn... I guess I will have to re-make the entire game for the iPad or buy DBA's resize tool (which, thanks to rlehm I now know exists, hahaha!).
Thanks a lot guys! The concept of the Project resizer gave me the clue I needed!
