How do you change your forum avatar?

I would like to change my avatar from the GS icon to a snazzy avatar picture. When I click my profile name in the top right nothing happens. Please help if you can.

    If you see a photo on the left of "Brock Brattigan PI" Then i may have fixed my problem. If it is of a bowl with colored blocky jelly, then I am still needing help.
